นายบุญจง วงศ์ไตรรัตน์ รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทย กล่าวว่า กรณีระเบิด 40 กว่าจุดนั้น เป็นข้อมูลที่ได้รับทราบ และได้เตรียมตัวในการป้องกันแล้ว โดยมีหลายจังหวัดเสี่ยง โดยเฉพาะภาคอีสานและภาคเหนือ แต่ไม่ขอระบุจังหวัด
